TASS conference early registration is open online until January 15, 2013. The early registration fee has to be received by February 1, 2013. Late registrations after 1/15/2013, including onsite registrations, will incur a $30 (USA) late registration fee.
Important Information for Presenters
All presenters must register online by January 15, 2013 and pay the registration fee by February 1, 2013. If a presenter’s registration payment has not been received by February 1, 2013, the presenter’s name will not appear in the program and the presentation will be cancelled in case there are no other registered co-presenters for that presentation. Due to budgetary constraints, it is not possible to offer honorarium or waiver of the registration fee to presenters.
The conference fee includes all conference materials, Sunday night reception, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. The Embassy Suites will provide breakfast for its guests for each day of stay.
Early Registration Fees (online registration by 1/15/2013; payment received by 2/1//2013):
- Regular registration fee - $335 (USA)
- Group rate - $275 (USA) for 10 or more full registrations from the same institution
- Florida residents only: $275 (USA) full registration or $150 (USA) one-day fee
A late fee of $30 (USA) will be added to the above rates for late registrations after 1/15/2013, including onsite registrations. Late registration is NOT allowed for presenters.
Graduate Student Registration Rate
The TASS conference offers a graduate student registration rate of $200 (USA) for the full conference. The participant must register by January 15, 2013 and submit a registration payment by February 1, 2013. In order to qualify for this rate, the attendee must have graduate student status with a course load of at least 6 graduate hours. Upon submission of the registration fee, a copy of the schedule or a letter from the advisor will be required. If the participant’s proposal is accepted, s/he will be listed in the conference program as a graduate student presenter.
Graduate Student Annual Conference Scholarship
The TASS conference offers a graduate student scholarship to cover the cost of registration for graduate students who qualify. For more information, go to Graduate Student Annual Conference Scholarship.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations prior to February 1, 2013 will result in a refund less a $30 (USA) processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 1, 2013.
Early registration is encouraged. Reserve a spot for this year's conference by registering online by January 15, 2013. Submission of the reservation form will hold your place. Payment must still be sent by mail or fax and received by February 1, 2013. You can pay by check, credit card, or bill it to your respective institution/organization.
